How Automation Can Revolutionize Talent Management

We were sitting on a bench in a mural lined alley in San Pedro, CA, eating sandwiches. The favorite restaurant of John Wentworth, a nutty place with great food called Beach City Grill, was out of business. Gone! So we were reduced to sandwiches in an alley. The murals, however, were great. 

We were talking about automation and recruiting. 

“Automation cannot solve all of recruiting’s ills, but it can make quantitative analysis a lot easier than it is when it’s done manually”, John said and then pulled out a sheaf of papers. “Feast your eyes on some examples. The breadth and depth of what well crafted tools can do is just amazing.” 

John then talked for 15 minutes, flipping from picture to picture. I took notes madly, trying to keep up as the firehose blasted information at me. What I captured, along with John's data on automated tools and processes can be best viewed here.  Grab a sandwich before you dive in, but I tell you it will be worth it.
