Dear Colleague,
Denis Gorshkov is the CEO of Diatom Enterprises - an international software company, based in Riga, Latvia, specializing in development of applications for mobile phones across all platforms (www.diatommobile.com). Lured by a recommendation and the promise of quality and affordable prices, we asked them to develop a couple of applications for us in 2006. The applications worked the first time they were installed and continue to work today. Over the years, Denis and I became friends. In 2013 Diatom decided to hire a local USA salesperson. Denis wrote:
I decided to use the services of The Wentworth
Company. By that time I had known John Wentworth for almost a decade and was
confident that his advice would never put me in a harm's way.
My requirements were simple. I had a successful
European salesperson on staff and I wanted to clone him in California.
John's team engaged me and my team members in a series of interviews about
what we needed that were the quintessence of top notch professionalism. Upon
the completion of the interviews, The Wentworth company produced a document
which outlined the job requirements and described my company with the utmost
precision.
During the following stages of the hiring process
the relevance of each candidate was carefully and scientifically documented
and reported back to us. Each week we received detailed status reports
showing exactly what was done literally to every hour spent.
Out of the pool of several highly qualified
candidates we picked and hired a sales professional. This was September 2013.
As I write this letter, in January 2014, Diatom
Enterprises has opened an office in Long Beach, California. The salesperson
whom we hired with the help of Wentworth has proved to be an extremely
valuable resource to us. The investment Diatom Enterprises made has paid off
to every penny.
I eagerly recommend John Wentworth and his team of
professionals to any C level decision maker who is looking for a XXI century
recruiting company that operates at the level of professionalism and science
we all should strive to attain.
We are flattered that Denis took the time to
write. We would be pleased to do this for you.
